There's nothing more disappointing than going to a website looking for a free money making guide to help me start my own business, only to have them do a switch and bait. What is switch and bait?
Switch and bait is when a salesperson promises you something for "free" and then when they've baited you and reeled you in, you don't get the "free" product, rather they used the "free" product to get you to purchase something else on their agenda. Yuck.
This makes you lose all credibility. For goodness sakes, if you plan to be successful online, then when you say something is free, then you'd better make sure it's free - no strings attached.
